A Bit About Me

Hey, I'm Steph, and I've been part of the Chrome Roses Pole Dance (CRPD) family right from the beginning. It's been quite a journey – starting as one of CRPD's first students and eventually becoming an instructor.

My style is all about a soft yet strong flow, and it's something I've honed since my early days at CRPD. From the get-go, I've been dedicated to this community, and makes me appreciate it from on the other side, sharing my passion as an instructor.

I love crafting sassy shapes on the pole, and have started to enjoy creating movements in heels, incorporating my favourite shapes and transitions into heels flows.

I'm here for everyone, whether you're an intermediate student or a total newbie feeling a bit jittery about your first class. What fuels my enthusiasm is witnessing my students grow and progress – there's nothing quite like it!

You'll find me teaching group classes at CRPD Cardiff every Monday.

I'm available for privates in both studios.
