Intro to Pole 

So you want to try Pole?

(11am – 12pm)

We are looking for 10 shiny new students!
You do not need to be fit/flexible/thin/young/(insert other excuses here) but you must want to:

  • Try something new
  • Laugh lots
  • Meet new people
  • Feel fitter
  • Build confidence/feel sexier
  • Feel healthier
  • Invest in yourself
  • Add a bit of excitement to your life

This course allows you to have an hour a week for 5 weeks to focus on YOU.
Alongside other like minded women starting right from the beginning, you will learn a small, simple routine each week, building up to one longer routine on the final week.

You will learn:

  • Basic Pole techniques
  • Spins, tricks & transitions
  • Flow
  • Floorwork
  • Easy choreography

We are looking for 10 people who want to learn how to pole and can commit to 1 sessions per week for a 5 week period.
Next course starts Sunday 6th Jan 11am, so you MUST be available to apply!


The Intro to Pole 5 week course is £45.
