Hands on a Dancing Pole

Pole Parties

Learn the art of pole dancing as we teach you how to move up, down and around the pole, finishing with a big group dance.

You'll be surprised at how much you pick up in one go, and how much fun you'll have!

Chair Dance

This class focuses on using your chair as a prop as you learn sensual movements that show off your best assets on and around the chair.

You'll never sit on a chair the same way again!

Plus Size Model

Lap Dance

We will show you how to make jaws drop as you perform a curve celebrating seductive strip.

And yes you will be slinking and grinding on some laps.

If you weren't friends before, you will be after this!

Stretching before Dancing

Floorwork

Lets get down and dirty and roll around the floor. We will teach you how to look hot whilst busting a groove without ever needing to stand up!
