Ways To Start That Suit You

We have THREE ways to get going:

Option 1 - Book a beginners drop in class for half price

Option 2 - Our Intro to Pole January 5 week beginner courses – head to Intro To Pole for all the deets.

Option 3 - Book a private lesson. Group classes are amazingly good fun but aren't for everyone. Maybe they don't fit your schedule, or perhaps you just want to explore your first lesson in a more private environment. Contact us for private lesson enquiries.

What Class Should I Book?

Not sure which class to book? No problem! We offer Pole, Pole Strengthening, Pole Heels, Pole Flow, and Flexibility classes, and you can start any of our beginner pole classes whenever you like. Just check the timetable, pick a class, and find a time and venue that suits you.

 

 

We recommend starting with a drop-in class for just £13—no commitment, just a fun intro! Or, try our Welcome Pack, which gives you 2 classes for £15, so you can experience us twice.

 

This way, you can check us out with no pressure. After your first class, we'll email you to chat about the best way to book your next session. No stress, we’ll take care of everything!

All The Questions We Get Asked From First Timers

I'm not strong/flexible at all! I'm heavy. I'm Older. Can I join?

We hear this concern a lot! The good news is, you don’t need any prior strength or flexibility to start pole. And honestly, we don't care about your weight. And age is absolutely just a number! (unless you're under 16!) Every exercise is tailored to your abilities, and before you know it, you’ll feel stronger and wish you’d started sooner.

This really is the perfect place to begin. No experience? No problem—we mean it! We teach pole not because you already have upper body strength or skills, but to help you build them. Everyone starts somewhere. And you may as well start now :)
